O Congresso do IHA, que aconteceu em Paris entre os dias 14 e 16 de maio, teve pain\u00e9is sobre papel das hidrel\u00e9tricas na penetra\u00e7\u00e3o de renov\u00e1veis e necessidade de estudos integrados. Houve ainda bastante discuss\u00e3o sobre financiamento de projetos, inclusive pela emiss\u00e3o de green bonds. O planejamento do desenvolvimento de hidrel\u00e9tricas com minimiza\u00e7\u00e3o de impactos sociais e ambientais foi recorrente, assim como a gest\u00e3o da sustentabilidade &#8211; temas bastante relacionados ao modelo\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.psr-inc.com\/softwares\/?current=p7065\">HERA<\/a>\u00a0desenvolvido pela PSR. Houve tamb\u00e9m bastante discuss\u00e3o sobre o papel de usinas revers\u00edveis (pump-storage hydro) com aplica\u00e7\u00f5es reais em pa\u00edses como Portugal e Israel, e tamb\u00e9m sobre uso de sistemas de gera\u00e7\u00e3o de energia solar flutuante no reservat\u00f3rio de usinas revers\u00edveis. Os impactos de projetos em \u00e1reas ind\u00edgenas foram abordados em um painel espec\u00edfico com a presen\u00e7a de representantes dos Mundurukus. A moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o e &#8220;digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221; de usinas hidrel\u00e9tricas foi tamb\u00e9m discutida. Itaipu, por exemplo, anunciou uma completa digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de seus sistemas auxiliares.
