The Marrakesh express: feasibility and cost of Brazil's commitments

OPINION

The holding of COP 22 in Marrakesh, is a good opportunity to analyze the financial impact and the impact on energy mix of the measures taken by Brazil at the last Conference of the Parties: by 2030, a 23% share of non-hydro renewable sources and 10% energy efficiency gains.
