Will waters roll (confuse)?

In this issue, we analyze the fiwar of the waters" between Rio and São Paulo, and we illustrate the set of institutional problems that led to it.

In this section, we address: (1) scheme of the reserve energy auction; and (2) Public Hearing on improvements, maintenance, availability and reliability of the transmission system.

The topic of this issue is the probable repetition, in São Luiz do Tapajós, of the same environmental, infrastructure planning and socio-economic mistakes that caused problems in Belo Monte.

In this section, Advocacia Waltenberg analyzes the discussion about the basis for calculating the fines imposed on transmission utilities.

This section features: (i) structural balance of energy; (ii) delays in construction of new supply for the horizon 2014-2018; and (iii) delay meter - monitoring the historical record of delays.
