Refloating the electricity sector model: multiple uses of water

This is the second part of a series of analyses on adjustments in the sector model. In the previous issue, we discussed the decoupling between supply contracts and physical guarantee. In this issue, the topic is multiple uses of water, taking as its starting point the Northeast storage situation.
