Has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, with an emphasis on Energy Systems. Currently pursuing a master's degree in Electrical Engineering focused on optimization and statistics. During graduation years at PUC-Rio, worked at the Optoelectronics Laboratory of the Telecommunications Studies Center and interned in the areas of transmission and energy efficiency studies. In 2016 participated in the exchange student program at the University of Texas at Austin, where she was part of the UT Solar Vehicle team, which develops a solar-powered vehicle for national competitions in the USA. Joined PSR in 2017 and has been involved in studies and development of computational models in the following areas: (i) long-term energy demand forecasting; (ii) optimization of PPAs and power plants portfolios for national and international agents; (iii) quantification of financial risks in the electricity sector.
