Has a BSc degree in Computer Science and MBA degree in Software Engineering, with specializations courses in system analysis and internet distributed information systems. He joined PSR in 2000 as a software engineer. Since then he has been working with the development of integrated database management packages for PSR’s computational models and in the development of GUI’s. Currently coordinates de development of ePSR (Studio PSR) corporate software package and has been working also as a GIS analyst in the development of Geographical Information Systems (GIS) for hydropower assessment (HERA) and solar energy investment feasibility studies. Previously, he worked at CEPEL (Eletrobras Research Center), where he developed GUI’s and relational databases for several applications. His research interests include GIS Systems, relational database modeling and design and Object Oriented Analysis and Design.
