Has a BSc in Computer Science and post-graduation in System Analysis and Project at Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). He has joined PSR in 2007 as a System Analyst and since then has been working with software development. He is the responsible for the integrated computational environment for the development of collaborative energy planning studies (ePSR) present in New Zealand, Norway, Ecuador, Turkey, Chile and Guatemala. Mr. Fabricio has taken part in the following projects: a case study remote execution platform (PSR Cloud); the calculation of the firm power of hydroelectric and thermoelectric plants (PFLP), fuels contract optimization model (MOCCA); optimization of portfolios of physical and financial assets under uncertainty and with risk constraints (OPTFOLIO), graphical visualization of summarized results (PSR Dashboard) and statistical analysis tool of results (Graph).
