With a bachelor's and master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Fernando joined PSR in 2005 where, currently, he is Technical Director in the area of investments and risk assessment. From 2005 to 2009, he worked on the development of technical studies in the areas of operation and planning of the transmission expansion. In 2010, he started to act in the areas of regulatory and economic-financial diligence and support to decision making in electricity generation auctions. He is the author and co-author of technical articles published in indexed magazines and national and international conferences.
