Since joining PSR in 2025, he has been involved in research on the national and international energy market, contributing to the company’s strategic projects. He participates in the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and summaries of regulatory documents, supporting internal analyses. In addition, he collaborates in internal and external meetings with clients and industry institutions.
Professional Experience:
- Research on Green Hydrogen and evaluation of electrolysis technologies for production in Brazil (Scientific Initiation – PRH-ANP/UFRJ).
- Analysis of the renewable energy sector and preparation of technical reports to support energy policies.
- Operations management in a junior enterprise, coordinating three departments (Business, Processes, Data) and leading more than 20 members.
- Definition of OKRs, market intelligence, and customer interaction in consulting projects.
- Developing schedules and analyzing risks in process projects, leading teams of consultants, and delivering customized solutions.
- Process mapping in retail networks and startups, structuring OKRs, and training new members.
- Execution and analysis of geotechnical tests applied to engineering projects, with preparation of technical reports.
