About
PSR’s view on the competitiveness of electric power generation projects, from the perspective of the Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE). The LCOE estimate considers typical technical premises such as CAPEX, OPEX, Capacity Factors, Fuel Prices, in addition to a set of key economic-financial premises, such as the Minimum Attractive Rate of Return (TMA), Financing Conditions, among others.

Analysis of the relative competitiveness of sources
Based on the technical and economic-financial premises of each source, competitiveness will be evaluated through typical projects, with the objective of providing a comparative view of the sources considering market conditions

Impacts on competitiveness in the face of regulatory changes and for different financing structures.
