About
PSR’s Water Resources and Environment team offers specialized support services to companies in analyzing power plants in terms of their socio-environmental impacts and licensing risks. The goal is to assess the feasibility of the project in the planning/implementation and operation phases, as well as to anticipate, prevent, and mitigate potential challenges and critical risks.
What we do
Evaluation of databases, reports, and licensing documents in relation to regulations
Collection and analysis of environmental study reports and licenses obtained for the project.
Diagnostic analysis
Evaluation of the diagnosis of studies conducted and the region where the project is located, and compliance with the terms of reference of the environmental agency.
Analysis of future scenarios with and without the project
Assessment of socio-environmental impacts and proposed mitigation and monitoring programs.
Socio-environmental risk analysis
Assessment of the project’s social and environmental risks and compliance with licensing requirements based on other similar processes in the same region.
