At PSR since 2000, he has dedicated himself to developing new features and providing technical support for computational models for power system operation and expansion planning. He currently coordinates the development of OptGen, a PSR tool for co-optimizing generation, storage, probabilistic reserves, and transmission and natural gas networks.
