Since 2025 at PSR, Cecília works as an Energy Markets Specialist, developing studies on regulation and market design for the electricity sector across various countries. She played a key role in a project assessing the Colombian electricity sector, working closely with the country’s government institutions and leading the analyses and recommendations on energy poverty and electricity access. She also contributes research on international experience for other company initiatives, covering topics such as distributed generation, price caps in energy markets, and the integration between transmission and distribution operators.
